Finding the perfect GLK This was my first experience shopping for a car via the internet. After several weeks of searching east of the Mississippi we found a possible candida This was my first experience shopping for a car via the internet. After several weeks of searching east of the Mississippi we found a possible candidate within a two drive from home. A quick phone call in the evening put us in touch with Shawn. After discussing several concerns that we had with the configuration he told us that he would take a video and e:mail it to us. Within an hour we had a wonderful video and all the build info for the GLK. All of the features and some bonus items. Made arrangements to test drive the car two days later. Arrived @9:30 and Shawn was waiting with the car out front and ready to go. After a good drive we went back and rapped up the negotiations. Shawn even went out of his way to have the car delivered the next day so that we didn't have to make a return trip! Jesse smoothly maneuvered thru the paperwork and we were on our way home. Shawn has followed up several times to make sure everything is running good and he has always been available for any questions. More

Casual Luxury for ALL I have never had such a great experience at a dealership. We got excellent communication, no-nonsense negotiations, and we didn't even buy a Mercedes (we bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland). Even the finance paperwork was painless. Also, as a female, I was treated like I actually have a brain. Shawn wasn't constantly deferring to my husband or "mansplaining". Just completely blown away by the whole experience. More
