Extraordinary!! We (actually my husband) were in the market to find a new used SUV to replace our 2013 Malibu sedan. After searching numerous websites and dealerships We (actually my husband) were in the market to find a new used SUV to replace our 2013 Malibu sedan. After searching numerous websites and dealerships, he found what he wanted at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted in the certified pre-owned center. He called and spoke with Sam Marawan regarding the vehicle he was interested in and we took a 45 minute drive to look at the car and meet with Sam. Sam was professionald, friendly and genuine and my usual tendency to distrust a car salesman was gone quite quickly. He answered all our questions regarding the vehicle and suggested we take it home for the evening (he did know how far away we lived too). After driving the vehicle for a day, we decided to make the purchase and were directed to Jesse Lee who handled the financing. He too was very genuine, professional and easy to do business with. It is not our habit to drive across counties to purchase any vehicle but both my husband and I are grateful we came across this dealership! Our experience was above and beyond what we were expecting. Our only regret is they don't have one closer to Geauga County. A huge shoutout and thanks to both Sam and Jesse for making us feel appreciated as well as valuable customers. More

Excellent Experience This was the 10th vehicle I have purchased and the farthest away from my home. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. It was pouring down rain and they had the vehicle pulled inside so that we could inspect it and stay dry. They had me fill out the credit application online which sped up the process immensely. Our salesman, Erick Willis sent me a video of the vehicle within 10 minutes of my initial call about the vehicle. We were there less than 1.5 hours. The price of the vehicle was great and there was no reason to haggle. Jesse Lee covered the various options that I could purchase such as extended warranty, gap insurance and tire warranty without putting any pressure on me to buy. I will definitely buy from Erick and Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted again. More
