We arrived at the location for a scheduled a service a brand new 2025GLE with 9500 miles on it. The brakes are still squeaking. Those are one of our complaints. The technician said the brakes are in good brand new 2025GLE with 9500 miles on it. The brakes are still squeaking. Those are one of our complaints. I took my leased GLE350 for service, while I was there, I inquired about if possible to save on monthly payments. I had the pleasure to chat with Eric, he was awesome! I end up with a new lease of an upgraded model, lower monthly payments, ended my previous lease with no fee, the manager even waived my service cost. All were done while I was waiting for my car. The finance manager Matt was great too! He answered my questions and recommended what's needed, gave my daughters teddy bears, which really made their day. Eric called me after I got home and told me that he was able to save me another $500 because I mentioned that I am a AAA member. Absolutely a very enjoyable experience! More

Roger Pauletta, Joe (manager) & Orlando Service Manager are fabulous!! I could go to a dealership 15 minutes away. BUT instead I drive 1-1/2 hours to go to MB of Orange County.
