None of the experiences ever matched Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills and its predecessor R &H Motors. I picked up my new special order vehicle yesterday and Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He knows the product and he knows his customer. The order process and the delivery process were a pure pleasure. The late Sheldon Wollman was involved as well and he and Tom worked seamlessly together. I told Tom when we finished that I look forward to ordering my next vehicle with him at the end of this lease.
