Lease a brand new GLE in 2025 and we have been back-and-forth to this subpar dealership at least 16 times! Our service advisor is passive aggressive and could care less about anything. They call the same mechanic every time to try to explain to us what has been done. Service manager told us they replaced the entire air-conditioning two months ago, which was a lie…….. So now I guess the service advisor is a mechanic because she told us that what we were complaining about is not a big deal???? After going to Beverly Hills Mercedes-Benz to purchase and repair cars for the last 40 years, this dealership is no comparison and I don’t think they even deserve to work on a Mercedes-Benz. I’m so fed up with this place that I promised My Husband we will never buy another Mercedes Benz again. More
