Dropped my E300 off the night before my service appointment and picked up my loaner. Brian called early the next day to discuss my scheduled service and all went well. Facilities are first-rate. Last week the auxiliary battery in my car (2015 S class) malfunctioned; it had to be replaced. I was told to come in the next morning first thing, no appointment needed, as for express service and it would take about an hour. I arrived at 8 am, saw the service adviser within 5 min. and was on my way with a new battery and a nicely washed vehicle by 9:15 am. The dealership charges a hefty price for parts and labor, but no more than other Mercedes dealers. You get premium service at a premium price. For me, that is a reasonable deal. More
