Rich spent time with me last week explaining apple carplay and pairing my phone to it. He was polite and did not talk down to me like I was stupid or inferior for not knowing how to use the technolog carplay and pairing my phone to it. Warning light on I was able to get a quick appointment, the work was completed when promised and the car was washed and vacuumed well.
