While Robert was doing an amazing job getting us familiar with my newly purchased car Arno Orsini unprofessionally and abruptly interrupted Robert as he was in the middle of describing something to me, only to tell him that his(Arno Orsini) clients were waiting for him(Robert)! I was very upset 😡 and felt like we didn’t matter! It was like we weren’t even there the way Orsini interrupted us with out even excusing himself! Robert apologized on behalf of his rude coworker. Orsini gets no stars ⭐️. More
