Professional and Friendly Sale I was relocating from overseas and visited the Princeton Mercedes in April to buy a new SUV from Princeton Mercedes when I come to Princeton in May. Paul Lai helped me to pick the car, guided me through the process and gave me a good price. Also, there were quite a few unexpected difficulties as I did not have my residency in the US. But through the help of him and his colleagues at the dealership, I was able to pick my car only a few days after coming to Princeton. The choice of the car was excellent. It has all the options I need and no more. Excellent service and car. At the day of pick-up, Robert Lisi spent more than half an hour with explaining all the details of the car. It has so many new features that this was very helpful and helps me to use them effectively. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. More

Brian McCoy is by far the most thorough and professional Service Manager I have ever dealt with. What's the old saying - "...leave no stone unturned?" I had a very strange issue with my M-class, and Brian xxxx near disemboweled the vesicle in his attempt to solve the problem. Fortunately he found nothing, so we wrote it off as a fluke. But I was so impressed by his work ethic that I would recommend Princeton MB ANYONE. (As long as they get Brian for a Service Manager) More
