Our experience has been really pleasant and wonderful to say the least. Our sale was managed by Robert and Vasil. They were very patient in answering many of our questions. Chris was very nice very professional. I explained to him my connection for my car play was not working; service advised me to get a cord from Apple I will see if that fixes the problem. Naples Florida dealer ship always changes my windshield wiper blades when I have service; you did not even though I paid over $400 for my service that was disappointing. I would think Mercedes could afford to change the wiper blades for yearly service. More
