2008 S550 transmission servcice I am very pleased with the recent work that was performed on my S550 transmission. My car was experiencing shifting issues and not running optimally. Brian McCoy, the Service Manager and the technical team did a good job in identifying the issue and giving recommendations for correcting to problem. Dropped my E300 off the night before my service appointment and picked up my loaner. Brian called early the next day to discuss my scheduled service and all went well. The car was ready by 3, clean appointment and picked up my loaner. Brian called early the next day to discuss my scheduled service and all went well. The car was ready by 3, cleaned and sanitized. Although I did not get her name, the receptionist at the service department must be one of the hardest working individuals there. She handled the phones, dropoffs and pickups with a smile and was very courteous. More
