I was working with a salesperson named Jay, who promised me a specific car. He took a deposit, a copy of my driver’s license, and even ran my credit. Jay assured me that the car I selected was available and being held for me. Based on his word, I trusted the process. However, things quickly went downhill. Every time I spoke with Jay, the price changed, and communication became inconsistent. Despite numerous follow-ups on my end, there were no updates, just vague responses and excuses. Eventually, after several days of waiting, I was told the car wasn’t even available. This experience was a complete waste of time and felt incredibly unprofessional. If you’re looking for honesty, transparency, and reliable service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I would not advise doing business here unless you’re okay being misled and strung along. More
