I went to this dealership hoping to get a new Mercedes GLA. I previously had such a bad experience at the Acura dealership when purchasing my RDX. When I went here I was greeted by Micheal. He showed me the car I wanted and was able to help me trade in my Acura. He did his best to try and accommodate for what I asked for. The paper work was nice and simple. The car was ready for pick up within a week. Pick up was very smooth and easy. I am beyond happy with my new car and the service I received by Michael. More than once I've registered my complaint with Bill Riedel, Vinny Ruggieri and Antoinette Gordon-Hessing, all part of the management team. The facts are simple, and it is apparent they recognize the problem but do not want to address the issue nor make a refund notwithstanding the incontrovertible facts here. I would add that their other dealerrater.com service reviews frequently cite 'Pricing' as among their less than stellar attributes. And that goes in spades here. The fact that my invoice shows the technician worked 3 hours and I was charged for 6 hours is the bottom line. The correspondence I sent them provides full details as if it is even necessary. So they are fully aware of my complaint and others should be fully aware of this issue when they bring their MB in for service. More

He treated our family with respect and extra care to help us feel comfortable to shop and talk. Prior to this, we have went to other Mercedes Benz dealerships in Brooklyn, and Long Island City and the vibes were definitely awkward, fake, and just a show. The other dealerships’ customer service was definitely not up to par based on the prestige of the brand. Bobby on the other hand was real and personable. He was patient and listened to our family’s need. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and needs.
