AMAZING Experience My Fiance and I are used to driving American cars. We decided to stop into the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre while we were passing by. We informed the woman sitting at the front desk that we did not know much about these cars and we were looking for someone to help show us the ropes...well...that is EXACTLY what we got! From the start Marianne was confident and more than willing to show us everything we needed and wanted to know about the cars she had to offer. Her expertise, knowledge, and personality made this by far the most enjoyable car shopping experience we had ever had. In no way, shape, or form was she pushy or rude. Her goal was to teach us what Mercedes-Benz had to offer and she let the vehicles sell themselves! I can honestly say that I didn't want to leave. Marianne informed us on the history of every part of the vehicle down to the logo! She answered ever single one of our questions without skipping a beat. I could only dream that every car buying experience was as enjoyable as this one was. I will admit, I was very unsure if Mercedes-Benz was right for us...Now I could not be more sure! If i could rate my experience 50 stars, I would...but 5 stars will have to do for now! As a side note, the dealership itself was beyond clean and made us feel like royalty! More
