I recently began looking online at RVC Mercedes and saw a car that caught my eye. When I called the dealership I asked for Elenita. She actually remembered me and my situation. She immediately helped to get me in the car I wanted, at a great price, and detailed to the point where it looked like a new car, including a new windshield. I would highly recommend Elenita and RVC Mercedes. I would also like to mention TJ and Nicole. They were at the service area where I picked up the car. Zero stars. Call center is in Florida and disconnects you. This was with an appointment. They were not able to provide a loaner. He treated me with no courtesy and I asked the car be put back together and brought it to Rallye where they assured me a 1 day repair. He abruptly said ok great and hung up the phone. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO FLORIDA WHERE THAT PERSON COULD GET NO ANSWER AS WELL AND THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED. NO REPAIR NO SERVICE NO RESPECT. More

Don't bother ordering a car you won’t get it. Tbe last two cars ordered arrived two and five mobths after promised deliver. Yesterday they told me i would be better off canceling the car and starting again for possibly early October delivery. No communicAtions till it was a month overdue.
