I always dread when it’s time to go to a dealership - I have been conditioned after so many interactions over the years - I always feel sales reps and the dealership are disingenuous and disinterested in their methods. Audley, TJ, and the Mercedes RVC team have altered my reality. Audley first gave us his undivided attention at the dealership Where we selected our vehicle and finalized our agreement in an hour. Afterwards Audley and TJ escorted us everywhere at the service center when we were ready to pick up the vehicle. The “reveal” /presentation of the vehicle was Nothing less than fantastic. My wife felt like a little girl waiting to unwrap her special gift. She is still talking about it several weeks later. Want to express my gratitude to Audley and TJ for making the experience so memorable. This is our first Mercedes but I can say without hesitation that it will not be our last. If the rest of the employees are anything like Audley and TJ you must truly have a very successful business.
