We bought our sprinter van sight unseen from M-B of Salem because we had a plan to have it built into a camper in Portland OR. Meredes-Benz of Salem always does a thorough job when servicing my E400. The car was returned to me totally cleaned. I was offered a loaner car which I took home while the work was done on my car.
