He offered us other similar vehicles existing in their lot at excellent price as I noticed comparing them to other dealers, but we insisted on a certain configuration and preferred to wait. Bottom line: yes, this was a minor matter, but I received fast, efficient service at an unbeatable price! I used to own a 500SEL back in the day. Owned it for 16 years and had it serviced by this dealership throughout that whole period. Their service was just as good then as it is now.
