When I turned the loaner in, I forgot to take my garage door opener out. I contacted the dealership (Evan) this morning to ask if they could overnight the controller (at my expense) to me in Albany so I could avoid another drive to Salem. They seemed hesitant, but then they offered me a different solution...I was floored. They drove from Salem to Albany in their courtesy vehicle and dropped the controller off at our front door. Who offers this sort of service anymore? What a pleasant end to what had already been a pleasant experience! More
