I have been using this Mercedes service for decades. We moved out of Salem so I used a different service and it was horrible. Over the years I’ve used Portland, Wilsonville, and Eugene. Came in at my scheduled time and was quickly met by Bo, my technician, who rode along with me as I detailed what was going on. We were able to duplicate the issue in our test drive. We returned to the dealership were they arranged for my shuttle so I did not have to wait while the car was in the shop. They called me later that day and said it was ready!
