Found a really nice used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee online contacted them through the internet was assigned to Arthur Gordon. He was fabulous, I do lots of research so Arthur didn’t have to do much to sell me contacted them through the internet was assigned to Arthur Gordon. I just moved from NH to MA and needed documentation proving that the car I bought from Wagner 4 years ago had been delivered to NH (so that I wouldn't owe MA State Sales Tax on it). I bought/leased many cars including Acura, BMW, Honda, Infinity, and Toyota but I wanted to try Mercedes this time. Mercedes of Shrewsbury gave me the best price and I drove an hour and went to this pl Infinity, and Toyota but I wanted to try Mercedes this time. Mercedes of Shrewsbury gave me the best price and I drove an hour and went to this place after they gave me a good price and a fair trade in value for my BMW. I had a great experience! This place was excellent! My salesman Mike Lemming was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. He communicated with me throughout and worked very hard until everything was finished. Paul, a business manager, was good, too! I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. He was a ‘normal’ person. Tim, a sales manager, was excellent! He gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and we talked about family, etc. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a car!!! More

I came here a couple of years ago to look at a SUV only to be told by the sales person that it was $58k and if I still want to look at it. I guess he had prejudged me as not being able to “afford” it. I to be told by the sales person that it was $58k and if I still want to look at it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went back this past Saturday because I need to replace our third car. Walking in, no one greeted me and although I sat in the vehicle right next to the receptionist, she didn’t say a word to me. Instead, she was more interested in going around the showroom asking the sales people what kind of pizza they wanted to order for lunch. I sat in each SUV in the showroom for a total of 15 minutes and still no one asked if I had any questions. Now Wagner MB will lose a second sale in 2 years and a third one in another 2 years when I buy our family’s fourth vehicle all because no one could be bothered. There’s a difference between no pressure and arrogance, figure out which one of these messages your employees are sending. More
