After we purchased the car he spent quite a bit of time explaining the functionality of the options (e.g.sat nav, radio, controls, etc.) and the experience was very streamlined. I went to that dealership because one where I had purchased another car was not so good, the saleswoman continually had to ask someone else about the options and the service was spotty at best. Consequently, I took my otner Mercedes to Mercedes-Bemz of Saint Charles when it opened. It is a well run and well managed dealership that is very service oriented. I highly recommend them. More
