I recently purchased a CPO Mercedes sedan from this dealer. We thought there should not be any issues with the car since it is certified. After we brought the car home, we noticed that the engine has dealer. We thought there should not be any issues with the car since it is certified. After we brought the car home, we noticed that the engine has a very annoying clicking noise. I called the dealer next morning and told them about the issue and my concern. They asked me to take the car to their service department. After leaving the car in their shop for overnight, the following day they called me and told that there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked them to explain to me why the engine has the clicking noise which most other cars do not. They kept telling me "you will be fine, nothing is wrong with the car, blablabla....". I spoke with the service director, who is just a talker. I even spoke with their general manager. But the GM just telling me "we have signed the contract, you can not return the car". All these guys they just care about their sales and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Buying a dream car from this place turned out to be a NIGHTMARE! I strongly recommend NOT TO BUY from this dealer. More
