I have been buying Mercedes for 12 years from the same dealer, they are literally located a block from my home. I went comparison shopping at Mercedes of St. Charles which is a good hour drive from me, no dealer, they are literally located a block from my home. I went comparison shopping at Mercedes of St. Charles which is a good hour drive from me, not only did I receive an awesome deal, way better then the one I got from the dealer that I have been dealing with for 12 years, they treated my wife and I with such respect, we felt like we owned the dealership. Everything about Mercedes of St. Charles was a breath of fresh air, we were not rushed, all of our questions were answered, and the sales team even compared the 2 vehicles we were thinking about buying, without trying to talk us out of the vehicle that was not theirs. We were not seen as a sale; we were seen as people who were out to buy a family SUV and were treated as if we were their family. In today’s economy we are all looking to get the best deal, so please look at Mercedes of St. Charles or any of the dealerships in the Resnick group, you will not be disappointed. More

Wonderful sales staff! Everyone was polite and helpful! They are working out of a temporary location right now, but they are building a brand new state of the art dealership across the street. The manager actually drove me over and gave me a tour of the new dealership! They move in to the new location sometime in March 2011 and let me tell you, it is really going to be an amazing place!
