Steve was my salesman, my whole family have been coming here for well over 5 years and were excited to see Steve as our salesman. He was able to introduce me to the SL63 when I was interested on a converti here for well over 5 years and were excited to see Steve as our salesman. He was able to introduce me to the SL63 when I was interested on a convertible purchase while coming in for my service on my current Mercedes. Steve was able to schedule a visit with Jonny the Producf Expert who took his time and was very patient, courteous , detailed and kind on showing me everything I need to know about this new convertible. Jonny took the time to show us everything about the car. He was patient with us and very kind. He was so descriptive and answered any questions we had or concerns. Everyone here at Mercedes is patient and caring. Especially Vito. He would check in on me and wife and our journey for finding our perfect car and he let us take our time with our choice. Since we walked in we already knew this Mercedes was going to be perfect for us. Yatin, was extremely helpful with helping with all we needed to know about insurance and about any other finance questions we had. As long with Jonny and Vito he was patient and kid towards us. He took his time and didn’t rush our decision. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. I love the choice I made and I know I couldn’t complete it without the help of everyone here. More
