It was so great learning about my new Mercedes’ from Johnny. I bought the car from a different dealership and brought it in to ask some simple questions around the app. Instead of just answering those q Johnny. He helped me learn the ins and outs of the vehicle including showing me how to park with the park assist. He exhibited patience and understanding while helping. I was beyond impressed with his professionalism. What an amazing person to have on staff. Mercedes of Natick is lucky to have him and should 100% give him a big raise :-) Honestly, I would buy my next car from Mercedes’ of Natick just because of this experience and I will recommend that all of my friends and coworkers buy their next Mercedes’ from Mercedes’ of Natick. I was doing quite a bit of research to find my next Toyota Sequoia, and as luck would have it, This dealership had exactly what I was looking for! I hit one button on the website and Dakota emailed me Toyota Sequoia, and as luck would have it, This dealership had exactly what I was looking for! I hit one button on the website and Dakota emailed me instantly to set up a test drive. The very next morning I was greeted by Charles Scrymgeour, and we instantly hit it off! His personality, professionalism and knowledge of the industry were all very impressive; I truly felt welcomed like an old friend. Because I knew what I was looking for, and I knew this vehicle would be perfect, it really didn't take too much time to put this deal together. I got a fair trade value for my current Sequoia, and also financed a bit through the dealership program. Charles introduced me to the Business Manager to finish off the paperwork and he was also amazing! Never at anytime did I feel uneasy or pressured into making any rash decisions, in fact, it was quite the opposite.
