The purchase of my 2022 E450 went smoothly thanks to the courtesy and attention to detail by all of the staff, especially Steve Boston and Jonny Pham. Due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, the car I ordered in 2021 did not arrive until April of 2022. Steve made sure that the myriad of options and special features that I had requested were all in place! The day I actually picked up the car was very special. Pictures were taken with my cell of him and me standing next to the beribboned car behind red velvet roping. Such fun! After the "phot shoot" Jonny Pham first explained the basic functions of the car--where everything is located, etc. He then spent at least two hours reviewing the many, many new features, including "Mercedes me." It is a lot to comprehend, and he was very patient explaining it all to me. He even followed me home so that he could synchronize the garage door openers. That truly is above and beyond. Once I have a better understanding of the basics, I plan to schedule another meeting with Johnny to ask more questions and learn about how to use the GPS and the Parking Assist. Kudos to everyone!
