Jonny and Steve has been great throughout the whole process of buying my new Mercedes. Coming out of my old Mercedes into my new one it is completely a whole new car and technology that I thought would process of buying my new Mercedes. When I first walked into Mercedes, I was greeted by their receptionist Sharon, who was the absolute sweetest! She was so kind, friendly, and always smiling. Many hours were spent together as we worked to finalize the deal and he made me laugh the whole time. I then worked with Kolls, the finance manager, to sign all the paperwork and make the numbers work. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about extra products, warranties, etc and was able to answer all of my many questions.
