I hated mercedes when I have to deal with this dealer.my I hated mercedes when I have to deal with this dealer. my car was in an accident and keys were lost. the car stayed for over 4 weeks until they made I hated mercedes when I have to deal with this dealer. my car was in an accident and keys were lost. the car stayed for over 4 weeks until they made the single key. The sales person responsible assigned to deal with me (a lady, her name is Joe)is not existing always "she is away from her desk" or "she didn't come today". They didn't give me a reference to use when I call and every time you call you have to tell the story from the beginning. Some time they put me on hold for more than 40 minutes. The manager of the parts department "Jime" was soo rude. They charged me almost $1200 for one single key. You are handcuffed when your car is not running and you have to tow the car to their shop and you can not make this key anywhere else. I will burn my car before I have to deal with this dealer next time. More

Terrible dealer for sales. Dealer strung me along for over 15-16 months for a G63 build. Deposit placed Jan 2019, and as of July 2020, no delivery date, no confirmed build sheet aka no allocation.
