When I entered I was instantly greeted by an manager and then introduced to Chris Popin. Chris went through all of our options (leasing, buying and certified pre-owned). He was extremely attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Prior to picking up our vehicle I shopped around for car insurance and the prices were astronomical. However, Chris referred my husband and I to a friend who assisted us with getting a great reasonable rate. On the date we picked up our vehicle, Chris was scheduled to leave at 5PM, but he did not. He waiting for us to get there. We signed all paperwork with him and he even stuck around for a little while we meet with the product concierge. Our car has not disappointed and the service we received definitely did not disappoint either. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints because the service was uterly exceptional. I recommend this dealership and specifically Chris Popin to anyone whenever I can! More
