Our pre-owned GL450 had a recall and MBTW sent a service mgr & tech to our home to inspect the vehicle. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained in full detail the situation, instructing another check every 2 years and an affidavit in the event the car is sold. We definitely found a top-notch Mercedes dealership for all of our future purchases and service needs on this vehicle and our AMG. The difference between this dealership (the people and the facility) and the autonation at 1960 is night and day. Pass that other one and head to the woodlands!! Cannot recommend them enough. More
