It gives me great pleasure to post this review regarding Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands (MBOTW). I moved to the Woodlands area a few years back, however; I was still using the Mercedes-Benz service approxim Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands (MBOTW). I moved to the Woodlands area a few years back, however; I was still using the Mercedes-Benz service approximately three-hour drive from The Woodlands. I entered MBOTW to check for a service when I met Gaston Reyes, one of the advisors. I told Gaston that I was traveling back to my original area for service, because of the manager. Gaston asked if I would give him a chance to earn my trust towards taking care of my ML350. I agreed and Gaston delivered and with that being said, MBOTW has a customer for life. Thank you, Gaston Reyes, for your outstanding attention to details and willingness to understand the customer's needs. More
