Help for an Out of Towner Our older E320 wagon died as we pulled into long term parking at Bush airport for what soon became the "vacation from xxxx". Rained every day, our two grandkids got the flu, their dog faced off a skunk and lost. When we returned two weeks later, we researched the various dealers in the Houston area to find MB Woodlands with their high rating, so had our car towed there. The manager of service personally took care of us, providing a brand new C300 loaner which we drove home to Tyler. Our car was ready two days later, but due to timing, we had to extend our use of the loaner for a trip to San Antonio before we could return it, altogether an extra week and several hundred miles more than one might reasonably anticipate...yet there was no charge for the use of the car, nor even for the tow truck that brought our car in! The repair charges were reasonable, the service folks were wonderful (we couldn't have been treated more nicely) and our car now drives like it's the one that had the vacation! More

Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. My wife was very surprised when an employee brought the vehicle into the building, put a bow on it and photographed her by the car. She was thankful that he spent time with her going over the various instruments and controls, how they worked and how to operate them. He also set up her cellphone to work with the vehicle. We could not be happier about the dealership and its outstanding level of service. Free car washes? No kidding! More

Nelson was very professional, explained the process, including the numbers, very well. He's a really nice guy, very personable! The detailing was handled by Donald Hutchins, whose guys, did an outstanding job. My car, really did look brand new! Great job! I have to end, by mentioning my regular service advisor, Mike Lange. As always, when I'm in the dealership, I stop by, and talk to Mike. We were discussing my upcoming A Service, and whether or not, I should update my NAV. He always gives me solid advice, on a host of subjects. I leased the car from Mercedes-Benz North, where Mike was my Service Advisor, in 2014. When he moved to Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands, I moved with him. MBoTW is lucky to have such outstanding employees! More
