Just wanted to leave a review after my most recent visit to Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. I've purchased 4 vehicles over the past 4 years from this dealership and they service all of my cars. In particular, this most recent visit was prompt and attentive. I actually didn't schedule an appointment and I pulled up for an express service oil change (a service they offer out of convenience). I asked the service advisor to check some other minor things for me, and they ended up replacing a tire on the spot as well. The management at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands is very in tune with their customers and will go out of their way to make sure that you have s great experience as you purchase and throughout the ownership process.....and hopefully through to your next purchase! More

First visit to Woodlands Mercedes Benz. Met Liz. Professional and listened to my issues. Took test drive and told they thought they knew the problem. Next day I received call that the Met Liz.
