Eli Ruiz , Sales Eli is a very easygoing and professional salesperson. He was patient and willing to let me explore different models and makes of cars and let me test Eli is a very easygoing and professional salesperson. He was patient and willing to let me explore different models and makes of cars and let me test drive several vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me the difference in one model compared to another and not push me towards any direction, allowing me to weigh the advantages. I came to Merchants because they have a good reputation, and I was impressed that they donate nearly 25% of earnings towards the community. That says a lot about the kind of community business they are, and 'who' they hire. Eli not only stayed after hours on a Sunday, to allow me to test drive 'yet another' car, but actually drove all the way to my home to pick up my trade in vehicle (I live over 50 miles one way, away!) I left items in my trade in, and without asking he retrieved and saved them for me. He came in on his day off to help me with some additional paperwork. He called me afterwards to see how my new vehicle was handling and if I needed anything else. Eli represents Merchants well, and it is a pleasure to do business with him. He is the kind of guy that won't scare a female away from the dreaded 'car buying experience' ! I will come back to Merchants for all future car purchases due to his diligence and professionalism. As a rule, I don't trust car dealerships. I was skeptical this time, too, but I came to trust Eli and would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy a used car. More
