Rather, the individuals introduced themselves and instructed me to reach out if I had any questions, while leaving me to shop on my own terms. This was important to me since I do not like being forced into a sale. The financing was also quick and painless, and extremely transparent. The financing department was upfront with me in terms of my trade in value, the purchase price of the car I was buying, my interest rate, and my monthly payment amount. Overall, the best experience I have had at a dealership, period. More
