I was very surprised with this dealer. I inquired via internet and worked with Scott R. he made the process very easy. was able to work over the phone and email to get the financing approval. i was very internet and worked with Scott R. he made the process very easy. was able to work over the phone and email to get the financing approval. i was very happy as i didnt want to make alot of trips to apply. i thought honestly i would get denied as other dealers have laughed at me in the past. i did get approved on my dream car. the interest rate was high but to be expected with my credit. they gave me a 2nd chance on an awesome car when others wouldn't. Im very happy with the buying experience they explained everything and there were no hidden surprises. I did have an issue with the gps system they installed as it was a special install with my type of car. the service people took care of the issue quickly, although they did a hack job looking wiring job in the engine compartment. I was also disappointed with the large amount of scratches and swirl marks and paint chips. Also the onstar system is failing off and on. I didnt really notice this till it was too late. It was my fault for getting to excited over the car, and not looking at the car more closely. They are easy to work with, and will get you a car you want/need but make sure you completely look at everything even the paint, and dont be afraid to speak up. I would in the end recommend them, and go back, I would just be alot more cautious. More

Because of a divorce I had run into credit issues. Scott Rienert took on my challenges without a second thought. Coincidently I was approved at a dealership in Florida. Merchant's got me into a better vehicle, matched their price, and got me a lower interest rate. You don't need to go far away to find the best dearlership to deal with. Scott was amazing. He got me approved with lightening speed, I drove down to Merchants and drove away with my car three hours later. I am the proud owner of a Mercedes C300. The car of my dreams. Folks, it doesn't get any better than this. I LOVE MERCHANT's and recommend them to anyone. Don't be afraid to do business with these folks. More

Steve and the service crew were awesome! I went back for my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he wi my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he will get you the car you as long as you CAN afford to bring him a bag of grapes) and they checked everything on my car! It didn't cost me more than $20 bucks and it still runs like a beauty! The service I got at Merchants was not only a friendly smile from Steve, (and some great conversations) but a team that is willing to work for YOU! Finally! A place that cares!
