Steve worked hard and diligently to get the vehicle I was looking for and trade in the vehicle I was upside down in... I got into a newer vehicle with lower miles and was able to get out a bad loan given by another dealer... I will defintly go back to Merchants Auto to work with Steve Dudley when I am looking to purchase another used vehicle.... This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Merchants, and the 8th that my family has. We keep going back because the service is great, they stand by their vehicles, and they are involved with Merchants, and the 8th that my family has. Working with Steve Dudley was great- I went in and wasn't going to purchase that day but he was just as friendly and understanding as if I was going to. I was looking for one model specifically so we took it for a test drive and discussed pricing, etc. I was really impressed that they got me a great rate at a credit union I already use. We had to come back with the trade in and they were very accommodating even though we were later than expected AND it was the sales reps day off! I was impressed with how the reps worked as a team. While Steve had me signing paperwork, Mike was scraping the stickers off the car so we could get out of there. The service team was supposed to close their doors in 2 minutes and they stayed late to get the inspection done. I had been looking at a similar car at a MA dealer and am very happy I went with Merchants. The free inspections for life and the first oil change free are just added bonuses. More
