Worst Customer Service, Disrespectful Manager Sadly, Ron Hamilton, the manger, turned my otherwise good experience into a horrible one. I urge anyone considering to purchase a car to AVOID him at all costs. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle earlier this week and less than 24 hours later, there was an engine malfunction and I drove my car immediately back to the dealership. Needless to say, I was very unhappy and feeling uneasy about my expensive purchase. After going to the dealership for the THIRD day in a row to pick up my car, I inquired about having my car maintenance in the future for my extreme inconvenience. Mr. Hamilton proceeded to embarrass me and berate me like a child in front of everyone on the sales floor for asking for "freebies," telling me there was nothing else he could do for me. And this is how the Hewlett's trust him to run their business. My family of four has spent well over $200,000 in cars, warranties, maintenance, etc. over the last several years with Metro Ford, never again will we purchase from here because of the unnecessary disrespect I received this week from Ron Hamilton. I hope no one else has to deal with this lack of customer service, embarrassment and inconvenience. More

We had a "series of unfortunate events" you can say from the few days before we purchased the Focus with other members of staff up to the day where we had to go license our vehicle and ran into issues with the title. Garett made sure he took care of us every step of the way! He went above and beyond to make sure we received top notch care and worked diligently to get the issues resolved. He was professional, built a rapport with us, and made sure everything was taken care of. He responded quickly to our phone calls/emails and was knowledgeable about the car he was selling us. Good People, Bad Experience We arrived at 2pm on New Year's Eve (Thursday) knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted to purchase and how much we were willing to pay for it. Tom ne We arrived at 2pm on New Year's Eve (Thursday) knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted to purchase and how much we were willing to pay for it. Tom negotiated in good faith, but kept having to get input from a manager, and the entire process ended up taking much longer than we expected. When we finally drove our brand-new car off the lot shortly before 6pm, we discovered that the main headlights would not turn on--even though the parking lights, high beams, and fog lights were all operating normally. Several members of the sales staff took turns trying in vain to figure out and fix the problem, until David offered to give us a loaner vehicle for a few days so that he could keep our car and get it working right. They were closed on New Year's Day (Friday), and I had to call several times on Saturday for updates; i.e., they were not proactive about keeping us apprised of their progress. Eventually they determined that the Body Control Module needed to be replaced, which required having a new one shipped from the manufacturer. When it arrived Tuesday morning, David realized that he needed both keys in order to program it--including the one that I had taken with me--so he sent someone to my office to pick it up. Another member of his staff delivered our car to our home that evening, and drove the loaner vehicle back to Metro Ford. Along the way, we learned that our car had apparently been a dealer trade, and the previous dealer failed to include the Owner's Manual and other standard documentation. Metro Ford mailed replacements to us a couple of weeks later, and also claimed that the other dealer should have done the typical inspection that would have turned up the defective headlights. We never found out who that other dealer was. To his credit, David apologized multiple times for our troubles, and ended up giving us (at no charge) a paint and leather protection package that we had declined during the sales process. Still, needless to say, our overall experience was less than pleasant. More
