Curtis has been our family car salesman through four vehicles. It is getting easier and easier to buy a car from him. My wife is interested in the new model Escape,I Knew it was time to trade in our old car,since we moved to Independence, Mo. I wanted to buy locally so I went to Metro Ford,was met by Barry as soon as I go was time to trade in our old car,since we moved to Independence, Mo. Barry asked what type of vehicle I was interested in,showed me one of the top line Escapes, and I also drove it,enjoyed it very much, while we were doing this my car was being looked at for trade in value. Barry thought I should bring my wife in to see the vehicle, we came back later that day and test drove it. My wife was very pleased, we left, I checked to other dealerships on pricing and was happy with Metro Ford,so we purchased a new Escape SEL from you folks,the reason why is because of pricing, where dealership is located from our home, word of mouth on how your dealership treats it's customers and service on their vehicles. Erich took his time with us when we came in. He found out our needs and our wants. He went the extra mile and didn't waste our time. I had just totaled my Explorer and we needed a vehicle.
