After searching extensively on Google and Reddit for a reputable salesperson, one name kept coming up—Chris Derrick. Countless people praised his character, honesty, and transparency, which made me decide to give him a shot. I left Chris a voicemail explaining my situation, what I was looking for, and that I wanted to handle as much of the process as possible through text and email since I was helping a friend's daughter move. From that point on, Chris made everything incredibly smooth. We exchanged multiple texts, spoke just a handful of times on the phone, and had an agreed-upon price in no time. The overall experience was fantastic. Chris was a class act—straightforward, responsive, and professional.
