Garrett, the service advisor would not listen to everything I was wanting done to my vehicle and refuse to acknowledge that the vehicle was under warranty. He insisted the vehicle only had a 12,000 everything I was wanting done to my vehicle and refuse to acknowledge that the vehicle was under warranty. He insisted the vehicle only had a 12,000 mile one year warranty, which is completely incorrect. He never wrote down the fact that I needed an oil change would only acknowledge to fix the recalls. The cashier redeemed my rewards points when I did not want them redeemed. She would not listen as well. Horrible experience and will not return More

They use Ford parts and fluids for the oil change. It's done right and they take pictures of the parts they say need attention.
