This was my second purchase at Metro Lexus. My recent buying experience was great. I submitted an online inquiry and Desiree promptly replied. We communicated via email for about a week or so working through some options to get the exact car I wanted because they didn’t have it on their lot. This was very convenient for me and reduced exposure during this difficult time. When it was finally time to visit the dealership, Desiree had some things I wanted to see in person set up and ready for me such as various exterior colors and a head-up display demonstration. Desiree is knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She found the car I wanted quicker than I was expecting. At delivery, the car had been brought inside a well lit room (it was February in Cleveland) and it was clean and perfect. Dave in finance got my through the paperwork very quickly and explained everything. Skylar, the technology associate, and Tori, a newly hired tech associate, went over the operation and advanced features of the car with me. They set up the Bluetooth for my phone, Apple CarPlay and would have done my garage door opener if I had brought it. They didn’t rush me and it was a pleasant experience. Desiree, Skylar, Dave and Jeff, the general sales manager, made sure my buying experience was a good one. They answered every question I had and have encouraged me to contact them if I need anything in the future. Would I buy another car at Metro Lexus; absolutely!
