Let's face it. Nobody likes car shopping. The only fun part of it is walking out when you can't get your deal. I hadn't been in the car market for about 12 years Nobody likes car shopping. The only fun part of it is walking out when you can't get your deal. I hadn't been in the car market for about 12 years, so when I found myself without a vehicle in June, I had to jump back in. I spent many hours on edmunds.com, consumerreports.org, and kbb.com researching the market and cars that would be available in my price range. I finally settled on a 2017 Subaru Legacy, which rated highly on all three sites in the issues important to me. However, I didn't want the four cylinder, about which there were many complaints regarding the lack of power. I wanted the 3.6R, six cylinder, which as someone stated to me is kind of a "cult" car because there aren't a lot of them around. I also wanted one with low mileage and black exterior. I saw one come up on Carvana, but I was too slow to pull the trigger and it sold in a flash. So when I saw one come up at Michaud, I decided to go for it. Zach could not have been more helpful and forthcoming, providing me with every scrap of information about the car I asked for in a timely manner, which was annoying for him, I'm sure. Michaud also put 2K worth of service and repairs into the car to get it ready, from brakes and rotors all around all the way down to wiper blades. I'm in NH, and they even let me take the car to my mechanic for the once over before we finalized the sale. I financed the car through Michaud, and the finance manager, Bill Murphy, actually made the process enjoyable. He was available in a heartbeat to update me on the process as well as answering my questions and providing me with yet even more scraps of information. Bill is a xxxxxxpro. He's been in the business a long time so he knows how to make people comfortable right out of the chute. After a few minutes I felt like I was visiting an old friend. Love this guy. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't not mention Mr. Michaud, the owner. I wanted an extended warranty, but I was balking at the price. He stepped in and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I never buy these things. But now I'm covered for the next five years or 100K miles at a better cost than I could have imagined. After one week with my car: I've never been a car guy. To me, as long as it got me from Point A to Point B with the least amount of hassle, it worked for me. But after driving this car, I understand how people love their cars. Every time I get into it I can't believe how awesome it is. I feel so blessed to have found this car and to have found it at a dealership like Michaud Mitsubishi. I never imagined the whole experience could have turned out as well, and enjoyable, as it did. More

This was the first car purchase I have ever made. I had shopped around for awhile and researched multiple different brands and models. When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly greeted and walked over to a waiting area that had free coffee. I arrived 20min early, but George accommodated this and pulled the car around so I could inspect it while he finished up with other clients. He answered all my questions and helped explain the different features in the car. He also made the financing aspect very easy. He did not pressure me to put any money down and he did not add any hidden fees to the price. He was very transparent. I did not feel like I was pushed around. What pleasantly surprised me was that he did not disappear into the back to have a discussion about fiances without me present. Overall, I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
Originally bought my car from this company in 2021, after having it for two years I refinanced and my bank recommended getting a refund on my service warranty I bought through them, as I never used it once. having it for two years I refinanced and my bank recommended getting a refund on my service warranty I bought through them, as I never used it once. After being told by the finance manager that banks don’t usually recommend that, I fought for six months, struggled even getting a response half the time, ended up getting my email blocked by the sales manager, and then finally received my refund the day my car ends up totaled. Which, yes is sad, but gods way of telling me Mitsubishi wasn’t for me. Yet, I decided to give them another shot and went to see what they had available. When I got to the lot we had a sales person running out the door to get our attention in hopes to make a sale, and ended up finding a supposed one owner used outlander, as the sticker on the car stated and the website post of the car. When handed the car fax (which you can also access from the web post) it clearly states two pervious owners. I didn’t think anything of it, ended up putting a cash hold on the car, while guaranteed a call the next day around 12 after I got out of work. Words of the employee “if you decide to not go with this car you will get your money back, we don’t keep it we aren’t like that” after he bragged about this being a family owned business and how he was a part of the family. Hours pass the next day, so around 3:30 I decided to venture out and check out some other dealerships around, where I found a way nicer car for a way nicer deal. Upon being immediately approved for a loan before even walking out the door of the dealership, I had my spouse give Mitsubishi a call and let them know I was backing out and wanted my hold refunded where they basically fought him about me getting it back immediately as they wanted to mail it. This was never mentioned when putting down the cash hold. Later on, my mother, who was a co signer on my loan, received an email talking about how my check would be available the following day at noon, they couldn’t get a loan approved for me (which is xx because all the bank needed was a paper stating my current loan was being paid off by a settlement from being totaled) and they hoped to do business with me in the future. I was copied on the email but never received it which is how I know I was blocked by the sales manager from our previous interaction where I wanted my refund on the service warranty. I would not return to this dealership if it was the last place on earth to buy a car. You shouldn’t have to chase your sales person they should be chasing you to make your purchase. But not one call, email, text, nothing regarding the car I put money down on. Horrible customer service and sales service. More
My husband and I had been looking for an older Wrangler, and we came across one on CarGurus. I had never really heard of Michaud until it popped up on the website. We went on a whim, met Zack, and 2 days and we came across one on CarGurus. I had never really heard of Michaud until it popped up on the website. We went on a whim, met Zack, and 2 days later drove off in our Jeep! Zack and Billy (in finance) made things incredibly easy and seamless. No haggling, no pressure, just really nice guys that helped get me into my dream car. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new car!! More
