I would never buy or service a vehicle here. Took my car in for a warranty replacement part on the lower drive shaft and the service tech put my steering wheel back on crooked and it caused my steering tilt in for a warranty replacement part on the lower drive shaft and the service tech put my steering wheel back on crooked and it caused my steering tilt sensor to freak out and I almost got rear ended with my 4 year old son in the car because the tires on my car locked up bc the vehicle thought I was about to get in a collision with no one in front of me. Apon reporting this, the service manager Justin laughed at me. I have never wanted to hurt somebody so badly. If you laugh about my children’s safety you are a piece of xxxx and need your business SHUTDOWN. I had a newborn baby die this year that never had a chance to come. You’re lucky is all I have to say. Worst customer service ever. I will not be buying another car from here ever again. I had to wait 2 weeks and call 25 and never got a call back just for mats that should have came with my truck.
