Bought a brand new Ford Explorer ST here, cash. Shortly after found out the speakers were bad and cracked while listening to music. The brakes squeaked every time while braking. Called and scheduled an appointment for a month out so the speakers can be ordered. On the day of the drop off we received the worst loaner car we’ve ever received anywhere. Garbage ALL over the car, including a needle. Absolutely filthy. No gas in the car and a poor attitude from Pete. Thank God my husband was the one that dropped it off and not me. We asked for the oil to be changed while they had the car in for the speaker fix, to which were told that an oil change appointment wasn’t made. It’s been a week now, no update on the car. Absolutely the worst service. Will never return here again. What a shame, because we actually liked out sales guy. Way to Peter. More

Since my first test drive 9 months ago I noticed a loud noise while driving and I was told it was a beat up tire even though it sounded like a wheel bearing. I replaced the tires and still had the same iss noise while driving and I was told it was a beat up tire even though it sounded like a wheel bearing. I replaced the tires and still had the same issue and come to find out it was indeed a bad wheel bearing. Very upset as this should have been fixed before I purchased the car instead of them not thinking it's an issue. Was planning on purchasing my next car through them but they have lost my trust and my business. More

I was able to finalize the entire buying process before stepping off the plane. Christian responsed to all my questions multiple times per day...even on his day off! excellent consumer service and will definitely think about buying another Ford truck from Christian Hill! More
