Easy, stress free We recently purchased a 2015 Town & Country from Mike Murphy Ford & dealt with Jimmy & had the best experience. I flat out told him from the beginning We recently purchased a 2015 Town & Country from Mike Murphy Ford & dealt with Jimmy & had the best experience. I flat out told him from the beginning that the last place I purchased a vehicle I had SEVERAL bad experiences with the service department. He reassured me it would not be an issue at Mike Murphy. & he was not lying. We test drove a Town & Country, everything was perfect.. except the two front blowers for the AC was not working. He reassured me that they would fix it. We did all our paper work & they gave us documentation stating it would be fixed at no cost. We were also leaving for vacation the next day. They could not promise the van would be finished the next day but they'd do everything they could to have it ready by the time I was off work. If it wasn't done they would give us a loaner to use for our vacation. That right there blew my mind that they would do that. All morning the next day, Jimmy would text me with updates. The van was done by NOON! I could not believe it. I had such a great experience & definitely found the place we will purchase future vehicles. Mike Murphy himself popped into Jimmy's office & introduced himself to myself & my husband. Everyone went above & beyond. The parts manager actually called me this morning to introduce himself. We have experienced great customer services this far. I'm very happy with our decision & I'm thankful we got to work with Jimmy. He is not pushy, he's approachable & I didn't feel he was sugar coating everything, he was honest & trusting. I'd suggest him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

We were idolizing a small ford focus or and older fusion that was a little cheaper. he first set us up with a 2008 Ford Focus that didn't really fit our style. Then when we asked him what else he had, he told us about a 2013 Ford Focus Se. When we went over to the annex to retrieve the car, We found ourselves looking at a used but practically new vehicle. It had over 100,000 miles on it, However, it was in great condition for how long it had been used. Jimmy Howard helped us find exactly what we were looking for! More

Great customer service and support team! The experience was wonderful from the time I walked into the door Mike Murphy greeted us and welcomed us in. The sales representative was awesome he made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be and guaranteed that we will leave with something which we did he is a great man. The finance department was well on there job she was a beautiful person with a great attitude and was very helpful to us this is a place I would recommend anyone to come to as far as getting a vehicle you are guaranteed to leave very happy.
