Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him. More

Great Experience This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. When we arrived, the vehicles that we thought we wanted were out front and were r This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. When we arrived, the vehicles that we thought we wanted were out front and were readily available for us to test drive. The vehicle features were thoroughly explained in a way that we could understand. We were also shown different options to compare. The financing options were laid out, and we were given complete freedom to choose the plan that was best for us. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Before we left, Brett set up our Ford Pass app and hooked our phones up to the vehicle. We will definitely be coming back to Brett and Mike Murphy Ford for future car buying needs. More

The paperwork was prepared in full detail without one mistake BEFORE I arrived to take possession of the truck and I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes The sales manger, Jeff Lynch, approved the deal and trade with Anthony Davis looking out for the best interest of me AND the dealership, in my opinion.
