Just Browsing = pleasant purchase experience Bill greeted us as soon as we walked in, toward the end of closing time on a Friday. We expressed our interest in the two vehicles we viewed online. B Bill greeted us as soon as we walked in, toward the end of closing time on a Friday. We expressed our interest in the two vehicles we viewed online. Bill was knew exactly the ones we were referring to. He had them brought around for us to test drive. We told him what we liked and what concerned us about each one. Then he came up with another vehicle. The same as what we were looking for but we hadn't seen this one online. We took the 2014 Ford Edge for a drive and fell in love. They allowed us an extended test drive and that sealed the deal. Tonight we came in ready to sign the papers on our "new to us" ride. Bill never tried to pressure us into a more expensive vehicle or sway us away from what we wanted. We were very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness.
