I have had bad experiences with Honda car service with their prolonged wait time. I shopped a lot of places, and as bad as the car shortage may be, this place was the worst of everywhere. The way the conduct business is awful. The customer service at this dealership is horrible. I left a deposit and when it was time for my refund I totally got the run around from the manager down to the salesperson.
