Intially I was looking to purchase my 2013 Grand Cherokee SRT8 from another dealership here in Nashville. The other dealership tried to use how rare the vehicle was to escalate the pricing. I decided to go through my banks car buying service which put me in the direction of Miracle Jeep. John Smalls contacted me over the phone about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I told John what I was expecting the price of the vehicle to be in order to move forward with buying. These guys immediately met the pricing I was looking for without going back and forth. I would definitely do business with these guys in the future from a sales standpoint. Now we will see if the service department matches the sales department. More

Without high pressure tactics, Derek worked diligently to find just what we wanted with more options than we expected, while working successfully in keeping us within our budget. We were more than pleased with the employees, the environment and the general buying experience that kept us at ease during the entire process. The entire staff that helped me were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. Especially considering that I had taken my car the last time (because we were in too big of a hurry since we and helpful. The price was reasonable. We actually had to leave and go purchase our $12 oil filter ourselves because they didnt have it in stock. They only marked off a couple of dollars from their bill for the filter. The oil change ended up costing us about $50. I was not a happy camper at all. Your staff however were exceptionally nice, working me in the same day I called. They took me back to work and then came back to get me when my car was finished. They kindly found that I had a nail in my front tire and plugged it for my as well. I was positively satisfied with my experience. Thank You! More
